Shipping Policy

At Maison Dorée, we believe the delivery experience should match the quality of what's inside the box. Every order is carefully packed and dispatched with care. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect when you order from us.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched
- During high-demand periods (sales, new launches), processing may take up to 5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Remote and regional areas of Australia may experience longer delivery times.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
- Australian orders are tracked via Australia Post or equivalent carrier
- International orders are tracked via the carrier's international tracking portal
- If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us
5. Delivery Address
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Maison Dorée is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- We ship to PO Boxes for standard shipping within Australia
- We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs
6. Lost or Stolen Parcels
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbours and anyone else at your delivery address
- Check any safe drop locations on your property
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
- Contact us at maisondoreeau@gmail.com if the issue is unresolved after 3 business days
Maison Dorée is not liable for parcels confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We strongly recommend selecting Express shipping with signature on delivery for high-value orders.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at maisondoreeau@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
- A brief description of the damage
We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Delays & Disruptions
Maison Dorée is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: carrier delays, extreme weather events, natural disasters, public holidays, or customs inspections. We will always do our best to communicate any known delays affecting your order.
